TRC offers our clients technical support on an annual paid contract
basis. Our technical support/maintenance agreement entiltes you to unlimited technical assistance
and expertise on the use of all TRC bridge design software. This agreement also
provides unlimited free software maintenance to keep your exisiting version current with the latest updates. Please be aware that a lapse in coverage
will incur a late fee to reinstate your agreement again. The late fee is as follows: a lapse less than 12 months is $100 and over 12 months is $150.

You must have your support/maintenance agreement current to receive any assistance with the use of the software
or any other technical issues such as setup/installation/troubleshooting of the software. TRC is not
responsible in providing lost iai.key files due to misplaced, lost or damaged iai.key files. We will only replace
the iai.key file for current versions of the program only. Also you must have your support agreement current to receive
a replacement iai.key file.
