Imbsen offers our clients technical support on an annual paid contract
basis. Our technical support/maintenance agreement entiltes you to unlimited technical assistance
and expertise on the use of all Imbsen bridge design software. This agreement also
provides unlimited support with setup and maintenance of the software and free software maintenance
updates to the software with a valid current version licensed. Our agreement last for one calendar year and doesn't end on the
last calendar day of the year like other software companies. Instead it starts from the date of purchase and continues the coverage
up to 1 calendar year.

You must have your support/maintenance agreement current to receive any assistance with the use of the software
or any other technical issues such as the setup/installation/troubleshooting of the software. Any iai.key files for older non-current versions are the responsiblity of our clients. Imbsen Software Systems is not
liable nor are we responsible in providing lost iai.key files to clients with non-current versions of our software.
