Our technical support/maintenance agreement entiltes you to unlimited technical assistance and expertise on the use of all TRC bridge design software. This agreement also provides unlimited free software maintenance to keep your exisiting version current with the latest updates. Please be aware that a lapse in coverage will incur a $100 late fee to reinstate your agreement again.

You must have your support/maintenance agreement current to receive any assistance with the use of the software or any other technical issues such as the setup/installation/troubleshooting of the software. Any iai.key files for older non-current versions are the responsiblity of our clients. TRC is not liable nor are we responsible in providing lost iai.key files to clients with non-current versions of our software.
