Orders may be placed to our Software Support Department via phone, fax or e-mail (see below). When placing your order, please provide the following information:
  • Name and address of company
  • Phone and fax numbers
  • Contact person to whom agreements and software is to be sent
  • Software ordered, and number of copies
  • Are you also ordering Technical Support?
  • Purchase order number, if required by your company
 

All international sales must be prepaid. After receiving the above information, we would provide you with an estimate of additional shipping and wire charges. At that time, we would also provide you with the necessary banking information to wire payment directly to our bank.
 

With a free trial program on all our software customers are urged to try out the program for a risk free evaluation. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges(switching from single user to network license or vice versa) are allowed on any of our software. Please tryout the software before you purchase as all sales are final.
